We send a unique PIN code to each user. When you enter your PIN code during registration, you accept to become a member (see our Subscription Agreement).

What are the limitations of the music I download?
With a subscription to dada.net, you will have unlimited access to our full-track catalogue, high-quality, MP3s. Our MP3s can be transfered to any MP3 player, regardless of the brand and and can be downloaded to any MP3 phone for personal enjoyment. (For more information, read our Terms of Use.)
How do I pay for this service?
If you sign up with a phone number, you will be charged on your phone bill as part of our MOBILE FUN plan.
How safe are the files? I am worried about viruses and spyware.
Our MP3 files are virus-free which makes our service a safe alternative to file-sharing, or peer-to-peer applications. Another advantage is that our MP3s are 256 kbps which is equivalent to clear MP3s of high quality.
Does the content I downloaded expire?
No, the products that you downloaded from Dada.net do not expire. Even after you ended your subscription, any content that you downloaded is yours forever. However, it is always a good idea to back up your files frequently in case something happens to your computer, or you loose your phone.
I did not like the song I downloaded, can I "return" it?
All of our MP3s and Ringtones have a preview of the song. You can listen to the preview of the song before downloading it to see if it is what you are looking for.
If there is a problem with the song you downloaded, please contact us. Please include the 10 digit phone number connected to your subscription, a description of the problem, the link to the webpage where you downloaded the content.
